David Morgan
LCSW-R, CAMF
David is the Director of operations of Anger Management U. He is a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience in private practice. He has worked in a major hospital on the psychiatric in-patient unit and in the psychiatric emergency room. He has worked with children, adolescents, and adults with major psychiatric and substance abuse disorders in both the acute and clinical settings.

He is licensed by New York State to provide clinical psychotherapy and has helped many people achieve their goals over the years. He is a certified anger management provider and has had extensive training in anger management. He co-authored an anger management workbook, “Managing Our Anger, Managing Our Lives,” which was published in spring of 2016, and a children’s anger management workbook, “Training Your Anger Monster: A Top-Secret Manual” which was published in 2018 and a teen anger management workbook “# Teen Anger Management” which was published in August of 2022.
David is passionate about anger management and his goal is to teach anger management skills on a global level.

Samantha Janosick
LCSW, CAMP
Samantha is the Director of program development of Anger Management U. She is a licensed clinical social worker with experience in mental health and substance abuse counseling services, in both the inpatient and outpatient settings. In addition, she has worked in various environments, including healthcare, school and college settings. Samantha has experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families.

Samantha presents nationally on various topics, including anger management, trauma-informed care, and building inclusive spaces for marginalized and at-risk populations. She is licensed by New York State to provide psychotherapy.
Samantha is also a Certified Anger Management Provider. Frank Guastella
LCSW
Frank Guastella, LCSW is a psychotherapist who received his MSW at Adelphi University, during which time he interned at an outpatient clinic and residential treatment setting treating individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. Concomitantly, Frank worked as a direct support professional and behavioral consultant serving individuals on the autism spectrum in both school and community-based settings. In subsequent years, Frank joined the LIBH | AMU team where he currently facilitates social skills classes and provides anger management coaching, and individual psychotherapy.

Frank is also trained in EMDR, integrating it into his practice with other therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, social skills training, and motivational interviewing to provide person-centered, trauma-informed counseling to his clients. Additionally, Frank has extensive training and experience in Anger Management and the AMU method. He has helped many clients reach their goals over the years.

Garret Zeidner-Rodriguez
LCSW
Garret has been working in the field of mental health for several years. He received his MSW from Stony Brook University. He has experience working with a wide range of populations and mental health issues including; anxiety disorders, depression, OCD, addiction, self-esteem, anger, and assisting the LGBTQ community in addressing the numerous social and psychological challenges imposed upon the individuals within the LGBTQ community.

Additionally, Garret has extensive training and experience in Anger Management and the AMU method and he has successfully taught many clients our core anger management skills over the years. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in the area of Mind-Body Medicine, with a focus on Integrative Mental Health. He enjoys utilizing mindfulness-based practices within the clinical setting to assist in stress reduction and changing negative thought patterns. His unique worldview and positive nature will lend themselves well to any and all individuals wishing to work with him.

Lisa Beneventano
LCSW
Lisa is a licensed clinical social worker who received her MSW from Columbia University’s School of Social Work. Lisa has over 10 years of experience working with families in a variety of settings. She has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, and trauma.Lisa specializes in working with adults on anger management and issues related to parenting, especially parenting children with special needs.

As well as providing individual play therapy to children, 5 years and older, and working with parents and children, birth to age 5, in play-based parent-child psychotherapy sessions. Play-based parent-child psychotherapy addresses parenting difficulties in the early years as well as issues around parent-child connection and attachment. Lisa has experience with families involved in the foster care, family court and criminal justice system. She believes in providing treatment that is structured to the individual’s specific needs and goals and that takes into consideration the totality of one’s experiences.

Amanda Czajkowski
Intake Coordinator
Amanda is currently a student attending Stony Brook University’s MSW program and is aspiring to be a Social Worker. Amanda has worked as a Case Manager where her responsibilities included assisting individuals in achieving their goals and linking them to providers and community resources appropriate to their needs. Amanda’s position as Intake Coordinator has similar responsibilities as she schedules intakes for clients and pairs them with a therapist at our practice that is most fitting.
